Shipping Methods & Rates

All Cleverman orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.  Please allow 1–2 days for order processing and 6–8 business days for standard shipping.

We do not currently ship outside of the U.S. or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any of the other U.S. Territories at this time.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping: 6-8 business days start at $5.95
Expedited shipping: 4-6 business days start at $8.45
Please note, due to carriers shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally at this time.

Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel great about the way you look, so if you're not completely satisfied with your first kit we'll fix it through a new and improved color, or a refund in-full. To request a new formulation or refund, please contact us within 30 days from the date of your purchase by submitting a message HERE. The Money-Back Guarantee is only eligible on the first purchase, and Cleverman reserves the right to limit to one per client per product. Upon issuance, 5-10 business days are required for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account. If you purchase Cleverman products from an unauthorized retailer or other unauthorized source we will be unable to provide customer-support or honor our Money-Back Guarantee. 

Return Policy

Cleverman is only able to accept the physical return of un-used, unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Kits must be in their original packaging - this means that the gray polybag enclosing the kit must be fully sealed and unopened in order to preserve the integrity of the chemicals inside. Returns will be subject to a $5 Order Restocking Fee as your kit is customized just for you. If you'd like to initiate a return for any reason, please contact us by submitting a message HERE.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a kit that has been damaged (i.e. broken tool, leaking bottle etc.) or if you are missing an item within your order- please contact us right away HERE. Cleverman will replace the damaged or missing items at our expense. Please note, it is the Cleverman protocol that we will ask you to take a photo of your shipment showcasing the damage, before the replacement of that item is processed.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped from will be subject to sales tax, applicable by the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is calculated at the final step of the checkout process, once the shipping details are provided. The confirmed sales tax will also be reflected on your receipt in your shipment confirmation email.

Payment Options

The current forms of payment accepted are American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. For each order placed, Cleverman will charge, via our 3rd party payment processor, the provided credit card for the cost of the product, plus applicable taxes and shipping & handling fees. Cleverman utilizes the secure 3rd party payment processor: Stripe. Cleverman does not directly manage or store your credit card information. Furthermore, as email is not a secure means of sharing credit-card information, we ask that you NEVER email credit card information / details to any Cleverman account.
