What’s different about Cleverman?

Where is my order?
Upon your purchase, you should receive an order confirmation email with the order number included. At that time, we begin assembling your kit for shipment, which can take 1-2 business days. You’ll then receive another email when your kit ships, including your DHL tracking number – this number is the best way to stay apprised of your kit’s current location, status, and expected delivery date. If you don’t receive this email or have any questions, please contact us via the form below with your order number included.
How do I update my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we’re unable to cancel the assembly or processing. However, if you’re a subscription-member, you can edit your future orders in My Account – this functionality allows you to edit your color, shipping address, payment method, frequency of delivery, even skip or rush your next shipment.
How do I cancel my subscription?To cancel your subscription, please login to My Account - select "My Subscriptions" and select the kit you'd like to cancel. If you haven’t created an account, simply click “register” in the same page, and enter the email used to purchase your order. You’re able to cancel anytime up to the day of your order renewal. Don’t forget that you can also skip a shipment or change the frequency of delivery if that’s preferable to canceling.
What if I’m not happy with my results?If you’re not completely satisfied with your first kit, we’ll either send you the color you’d prefer or issue you a refund. To request a new formulation or refund, please contact us within 30 days from the date of your purchase via the form below, referencing the order number and reason for the lack of satisfaction.
