I like the results, but doesn't appear to last as long as I'd like (mainly the hair product). Also is not as convenient with the mixing. Customer service is outstanding.

This is a great product. It doesn't break the bank. It does at least ninety five percent coverage and easy to use works....quite Well, and you don't actually have to use all of it at one time.
I have sensive skin and most beard dyes give make my skin very red and irritated. This dye, is milder than most, and though not 100% irritation free, I can keep it on long enough to color my beard and hair. I have dark brown hair.

I was very impressed by the product. Very straight forward and easy to use, not as messy as other products I have used. The viscosity helping to keep it quite easy to control to areas you want and not on skin areas you do not. The barrier cream also helps to limit any mistakes better than any other products I have used. The only negative I would have is that over time after quite a few washes the black fades slightly to a dark brown on the gray areas I have. But it is barely noticeable. And usually means it is time to re-dye.

Product works as intended, it was my 1st time using any sort of color. My hair is brown, and I ordered as such and seems a bit darker then regular brown should be. I also had to do a second pass because some of the grey hairs were not colored. It could be that it was my 1st time and next time will be even better. I'm excited to use this again next week as my beard grows fast!
