Unfortunately, the results left my hair a dark brown color, which was very disappointing. This company stands by their product and satisfaction guarantee. Customer service promptly replied with refund. Hard to find a company that has this kind of service. Although my results were not to my satisfaction, I would highly recommend to try this company out for yourself as results do very.
