Easy application to say the least.
Absolutely non-irritating. I do use a tad of beard oil for general maintenance, but that's my choice.
It's THE very best mustache/beard gray coverage I have ever used!
I recommend anyone, who wants the best to use any of their amazing products.

The order process was intuitive and easy to go through. After receiving the product I immediately read the quick guide (no manual or lengthy instruction process) - it is as simple as 1-2-3-4. The application was so easy, not messy, didn't have to use gloves. I was amazed that while I was touching up my hair after doing my beard that I was ready to shampoo. Oh, let's not forget, you do not need to shampoo your hair/beard first. I applied an hour after gym. I was amazed that after shampoo that I did not have any tints on my skin under the beard or sides of my head. Cool! Lined up my beard then ready to go. The color was exactly what I wanted. Matched my natural dark brown color.

The WordsThat Come Back
What customers name most often, review after review. Select any one to read only those.
Does Cleverman cover the gray?
825 of 2,509 reviewers name gray coverage as the reason they rated the kit. Coverage is a choice at the quiz: Full Coverage takes all of it, Salt & Pepper leaves some of it, and the formula is mixed to the gray level you report.
How does it feel on the skin?
1,447 reviewers name how the kit leaves their hair or how natural the colour looks. Cleverman is free from ammonia, parabens, sulfates, silicones, phthalates and resorcinol, and the developer carries SkinArmor Technology. Do the patch test before the first application, and if you have reacted to a color product before, talk to a doctor first.
* Study participant, not a verified buyer. These before-and-after photos come from a Cleverman formula test run in Barcelona in 2019, before the product launched. The men are real, took part in the test, and were photographed before and after use: same light, same frame, same crop, and the treated area is not retouched. Participants were compensated for taking part and signed a release. They are test participants, not verified buyers, and individual results vary. The 4.7 rating and every review count on this page come from verified orders only — not from the test.
† Incentivized reviews. Some of the reviews counted here were written by customers who received a free product for writing one. The reward was given whatever the rating, it was never conditioned on a positive review, and every review that earned one is labeled “Incentivized” on the review itself.
