So I ordered the medium brown hair dye followed the instructions on the box and my hair turned charcoal black and can’t get it out I’ve never experienced hair dye in my life that does that I’m so upset and trying everything to get it out I don’t recommend this hair dye to anyone

They have taking away how easy it was to just reorder as needed. Now you have to start over each time and then they try to trick you into signing up for a monthly subscription. I ended ordering the beard kit instead of the full color kit that my history of purchases has but can't rebuy because they make things much more complicated for anyone not wanting a subscription. I messaged them to switch my order as it always has been and I get incompetence: "you have a hair subscription so you can change it on your way." I DO NOT HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION. They conveniently have NO contact number to call them to fix issues. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER.

Application was a disaster. Impossible to get thick product to cover entire head within the few minutes it takes. Application tools and consistency don't allow even coverage. Ended up with massively terrible blotches of super dark hair and then rest of head under colored that made it look like a failed Goth experiment. I'm sure this was my fault but haven't had this issue with other brands.

After reading the reviews I decided to go with this product. Please be aware as you can purchase other products locally and avoid internet sensations. I received no coloring tube and only a developer tube so was unable to use the product. Waited a week to receive my kit. Highly disappointed and will edit this review if they make it right and if I am satisfied with the product, or if they go above and beyond to make this right. Walgreens, Walmart, and other places seem to be a better option as you can make sure you get with you are looking for and exchange it to meet if things are missing from the package.

I went through the questions and was sent the partial grey coverage product for my beard. The instructions said to leave it on for a total of 7 minutes. I set a timer, and at 3 minutes, I could tell something was wrong. I immediately rinsed it out and was shocked at how bad the results were. This was not a partial coverage and didn't leave any amount of grey. It colored my beard completely through and the color was like an 80 year old ladies hair who was on her way to the bingo hall. Thankfully, I did just a small section on the bottom and back of my beard, but it the color was so bad, that I had to cut that section off. Now my beard looks bad, and I'm stuck until it grows back out. I would give this product zero stars if I could. Literally anything over the shelf for $10 is better than what they advertised.

Did the spot test on my beard as requested and an hour later my skin in that area got irritated and started swelling like previous beard dyes I've tried.

I ordered a "custom" medium brown kit to blend some gray in a beard that I've had for about 7 months now. Upon following the instructions to the letter in applying a relatively small amount to a gray patch, it came out so dark that the only remedy was shaving my beard. I'm sure it'll work out for some, but my experience was terrible.

I not only didn't like the product, but I also don't plan to deal with this company again. When I went to cancel my subscription, it prompted me to speak with a consultant and that they would put my subscription on hold in the meantime. I figured why not and selected that option. After a while I realized that no one had contacted me from the company, so I went to check on the status in my account. My subscription was not put on hold and I was scheduled to have another beard kit sent. I tried to cancel again but ran into the same thing. Finally I just cancelled my subscription completely. I would rather find another brand than have to deal with issues like this.

I purchased my beard kit in March of 2023 after reading that their product is safe for sensitive skin and doesn't have the harsh chemicals that can irritate one's skin. I was hopeful since I have tried other brands with no success. Unfortunately, the results from using this dye was the worst experience I have encountered. Not only did it cause my face to stiffen, itch, and burn after use. The next few days I began to get blisters on my face that would bleed if I touched my beard. I am so very disappointed and very rarely leave reviews but I wanted to make sure that anyone else with sensitive skin stay away unless you want a month of regret dealing with the results/effects it creates after.
Did it dye my beard? Yes, but I would rather have a grey beard moving forward than have to go through that experience again.
Never received the kit/when contacted the customer service got a generic scripted answer from them with no information on what happen to my item that I paid for. DHL tracking never updated.
