Beard KitFind your shade ›I purchase the product based on its claim of being for sensitive skin. Needless to say it gave me a bad reaction to my face. Did the product work well for only 7 minutes yes it did.. HOWEVER THE CLAIM OF BEING FOR SENSITIVE SKIN DID NOT LIVE UP TO ITS EXPECTATION.

Beard KitFind your shade ›When I first ordered Cleverman beard kit in 2024 it was a great product. When they switched from crème developer to liquid developer, the product stopped working properly. Using Medium-Dark, my brown turns dark chocolate and my gray turns dark auburn then back to gray within three days. It also burned my chest. Fortunately it didn’t burn my face.

Beard KitFind your shade ›Cleverman uses Delivery Partner, OnTrac, instead of USPS, to deliver to PO BOX; however, OnTrac marks order as delivered, but never delivers the order. I requested shipping method, USPS, which Customer Service indicated was no problem, but they still shipped order using OnTrac. I’ve paid upfront, waited two plus weeks, and still NO beard dye!
We completely understand your frustration, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. For some reason, the first replacement was unfortunately shipped again via OnTrac instead of USPS. Once we realized this, we immediately processed a refund and sent another replacement using USPS as requested. Beard KitFind your shade ›I bought a beard kit that was supposed to be dark brown. I followed the instructions step by step and the color on my beard turned out to be a strange charcoal gray, which does not even exist in real life. I had to trim my beard very close so it would not show as much.

All In One KitSee the product ›I typically use Just For Men and tried to switch over to this stuff hoping it was better. I broke out in a rash and it has been painful inching from multiple days. I will not be using this product again.

Beard KitFind your shade ›I've been a subscriber for 2 years, but just cancelled my Soft Black Beard Kit. The quality started declining a few months ago. First, the cream developer formula changed from a creamy texture to a watery mess, and the tube went from full to half-full. This led to inconsistent color (unnaturally black in parts, patchy in others), messy application, and the product didn't last as long as it should've. I contacted them via email and got AI-generated responses that made no sense. After an apology to disregard those emails, they claimed no formula change and promised a new tube (Dec 17th). Nothing arrived. I contacted customer service again, and now they're blaming the shipping company – but admit they changed the formula and sent me the last tube of the original formula(which didn't arrive). No shipment confirmation email was sent like they said, which could’ve alerted me of shipping issues. The overall kit quality's diminished too: thin gloves that rip easily on first use, conditioner scrub's almost watery, and they're raising prices (notified via subscription emails). All this added up to a terrible experience: price hikes, subpar quality, and impersonal AI "customer service" with inaccurate responses. If you’re thinking about subscribing, be aware that they’ll start to changing the products for far lesser ones, and skimping on quantity, without notice, while increasing your subscription charges

All In One KitSee the product ›Bought black and instead of black the color resolved to a dark blue/purple. Followed the directions exactly, same thing happened on the second application. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the supermarket and get just for men or any other hair dye.
